What do you want from coaching?
Coaching helps unlock human potential, maximises performance, and helps you become the person you want to be. What you want from coaching will depend on what's really important to you personally and your circumstances. For some, this might mean:
- Managing transition and change at work and in life;
- Achieving better working relationships and communication;
- Enhancing your personal effectiveness, influence, leadership, and skills;
- Taking stock, career change, and exploiting the best options open to you;
- Creating greater professional and personal alignment so that life delivers more fun and effectiveness.
The beauty of coaching is that it is flexible, non-directive, and focused on you, the individual, and works on what's really important to you from the outset. It's your coaching agenda. I describe myself as a Personal Development coach because I believe the best coaching results come from working with "the whole" person, not just the person at work.
I am an experienced and postgraduate qualified coach whose practice is informed by extensive strategy development and business change experience in customer focused public and private sector environments, both in the UK and internationally.
