My Coaching Philosophy and Approach
Becoming the person you want to be can be really hard work and requires courage, dedication, and determination to get there. Indeed, it's easy to be distracted by the day-to-day issues in life.

I describe myself as a Personal Development coach because I believe the best coaching results come from working with the "whole" person – not just the person at work. I am committed to confidentiality, continuing professional development, coaching best practice, supervision, and working ethically.
What's really important to you?
I believe your agenda is the only truthful basis for coaching and represents very much more than a piece of paper. People are unique, and exploring your agenda and understanding why it is personally important to you, what you want to do differently, and how you want things to be different, is vital to the coaching process. Getting this right calls for authentic listening that avoids giving clients advice.
You own your coaching agenda and I will support and accompany you on your journey towards achieving what's really important to you by using a variety of coaching tools and techniques tailored specifically for you such as solutions-focussed coaching, existentialism, appreciative enquiry, and narrative-based approaches. I help people identify and minimise barriers to performance and will challenge you to eradicate limiting beliefs and harness greater self-awareness, personal meaning, clarity of purpose, successful outcomes, and beneficial lasting change in business and life.
Together, we will agree the boundaries and purpose of your coaching programme, then look at options and opportunities, and develop meaningful goals that help you achieve greater success.
