What do you want from coaching?
- Is the coach trained and properly qualified with a recognised coaching qualification?
- Do they have a background in business or a relevant professional discipline supported by qualifications?
- Do they have relevant coaching experience?
- Have previous satisfied clients provided testimonials of their experience with the coach?
- Do they tailor their coaching interventions to specifically suit your coaching agenda or just stick to their one preferred coaching model?
- Are they accredited and/or a member of a recognised and respected coaching association?
- What evidence and commitment can they demonstrate to continuing professional development and supervision?
